Physicians - please pass this INFOBulletin on to your office manager or whoever takes care of rostering - this information will be invaluable to them and save them a ton of time when doing Ministry inquiries. The best resource we found in this bulletin is a phone number that you can actually call and enquire as to the status of roster patients to the Ministry Help Desk 1-800-262-6524 - you can also direct payment inquiries to this number. When calling regarding patient roster statuses please wait 4-6 weeks to allow for processing of paperwork that you remit.
